Hi, I’m Emily-Rose Allred, and I’ve been training dogs since 2012. I’m a positive reinforcement trainer who believes in building trust, clear communication, and strong relationships between dogs and their people—all through kindness and consistency. I run That’s So Fetch Flyball and serve on the board of the North American Flyball Association, where I get to help grow the sport and connect with an amazing community. I’m passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space for everyone—I’m a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, and I believe everyone deserves to feel welcome and supported, both two- and four-legged. Whether I’m working with a family pet or coaching a competitive team, I’m all about making training personal, positive, and fun. When I’m not hanging out with dogs, you can probably find me watching reality TV, swimming, planning my next Disney trip, or enjoying some ice cream. This work is more than a job for me—it’s a passion, and I’m so lucky I get to do what I love every day.
